• Cancellation policy is 36hrs, no- show appointment's will be charged full payment.
• Cancel on the day or after the 36hr cut off , 50% is charged to your card,.
• non-payment made can result in future appointment's will be cancelled .
- Gift Certificates are available for an amount or treatment/s of your choice. Gift Certificates are valid for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase are non-refundable, under no circumstances will a voucher be extended, however treatments can be exchanged with a treatment of choice.
Lateness:
- If you arrive more than 15 minutes late (without prior warning) I will have to cancel your appointment.

- For your comfort and safety, please notify myself if you have allergies, any physical issues or disabilities, or if you are pregnant. If you experience discomfort or any other symptoms during the treatment, please alert me.
